kiriky Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement Explained

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the kiriky website at kiriky.net ("the Platform") and govern the relationship between kiriky ("we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform ("you", "the player", "the user").

By accessing any part of the kiriky Platform — including browsing games, creating a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet — you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full.
• You are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes and are not doing so under duress or as a result of any misrepresentation by kiriky.
• All information you provide to kiriky during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, truthful, and up to date.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the kiriky Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a kiriky account, make any deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on the Platform. kiriky enforces a strict 18+ policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, kiriky will suspend or permanently close the account and return any unplayed deposits.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

kiriky is an English-language platform designed for use by players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. kiriky makes no representations regarding the lawfulness of its services in any specific jurisdiction beyond the intended Bangladesh market.

2.3 Personal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise unable to form a contract are not permitted to use kiriky.

2.4 Exclusion List

Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from kiriky or from any other gambling platform via a formal self-exclusion arrangement are not permitted to register a new account or continue using an existing account during the exclusion period. kiriky employees, officers, directors, consultants, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold a player account.

2.5 Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one kiriky account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. kiriky uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Any account identified as a duplicate will be closed and all associated balances, including deposits and bonus funds, may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of kiriky features — including deposits, withdrawals, game play, and bonus participation — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information and to agree to these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document).
• Date of birth (to verify the 18+ age requirement).
• Valid email address.
• Mobile phone number (used for OTP two-step verification).
• Preferred deposit method details (e.g., bKash account number, Nagad number).

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

kiriky operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point that kiriky deems necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• Valid passport (photo page).
• Driving licence (Bangladesh Road Transport Authority issued).
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within 90 days) as proof of address.
• Screenshot or confirmation of the mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, etc.) used for deposits.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe — typically 7 days from the date of the first request — may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kiriky account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. kiriky will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. You must notify kiriky immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. kiriky accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

3.4 Account Accuracy

You must keep your account information up to date. Changes to personal details — including email address, mobile number, or payment method — must be submitted to kiriky support for verification before they take effect. kiriky reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be materially inaccurate or misleading.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on kiriky are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kiriky supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kiriky currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank.
• International Cards: Visa and Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval).

Payment method availability may vary. kiriky reserves the right to add or remove supported payment channels with reasonable notice to players.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit is ৳200. The maximum single deposit and daily/weekly/monthly deposit ceilings are displayed at the cashier and may vary by payment method. Players may set voluntary personal deposit limits below the platform maximum at any time via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by kiriky's payments team within 1–3 business days, subject to completed KYC verification. Mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed more quickly than bank transfer requests. kiriky reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the account.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• kiriky does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or mobile financial service provider may impose their own charges.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The withdrawal account must be registered in the same name as the kiriky account.

4.5 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on kiriky are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). kiriky does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Visa and Mastercard transactions in foreign currencies will be converted to BDT at the exchange rate applied by kiriky's payment processor at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are outside kiriky's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kiriky offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

5.1 Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible kiriky account holders who have completed the required registration and, where applicable, KYC verification steps. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be processed. The wagering multiplier applicable to each specific bonus is stated in the promotion details. As a general principle:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings that remain unwagered at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from the account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Behaviours that kiriky considers to constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing low-risk bets that exploit bonus terms, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, staking patterns that systematically reduce risk exposure whilst meeting wagering requirements (commonly called "bonus hunting"), and colluding with other players. kiriky reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse is suspected, and to close the account in question.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

kiriky offers promotions aligned with the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL season offers, Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha reload bonuses, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year) promotions, and Victory Day specials. All seasonal promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the offer.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

kiriky's game library includes live casino titles, slot games, and sports betting markets. The following terms apply to gameplay across all product verticals.

6.1 Game Providers & RNG Certification

All casino games available on kiriky are supplied by established third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game mathematics set by the provider and are not modified by kiriky. 6.2 Sports Betting Markets

• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your kiriky account balance immediately upon market settlement.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kiriky Platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in kiriky's Platform or any game supplied by a third-party provider.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the kiriky Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any part of the kiriky Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with kiriky.

6.4 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game engine failure that results in an incorrect game outcome or odds display, kiriky reserves the right to void the affected bets or games and return stakes to the players' accounts. kiriky will not pay out winnings resulting from a clearly erroneous odds display or game malfunction. The phrase "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all kiriky game titles.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Configure alerts that notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent closure.

8. Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your kiriky account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements. Account closure requests submitted as self-exclusion requests are subject to the terms of Section 7.

8.2 Termination by kiriky

kiriky reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.3.
• Age verification failure (player confirmed to be under 18).
• Failure to comply with a KYC documentation request within the required timeframe.

In cases of termination for breach of these Terms, kiriky may withhold balances pending investigation. Where fraud or financial crime is confirmed, kiriky reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities and to forfeit all associated balances.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or by kiriky — your access to the Platform will be revoked. Historical transaction records will be retained by kiriky in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. If you have set a self-exclusion, kiriky will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening a new account during the exclusion period.

8.4 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of the kiriky Platform that cannot be resolved directly with our support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. kiriky will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. kiriky's decision on all matters relating to the Platform, game outcomes, and bonus awards shall be final, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
